Linzer Cookies
Here is one of my wife’s favorite cookies when we end up spending summer time on the west coast. We have a few favorite bakeries that do a great job of making the delectable cookies. I think these cookies started in Austria, but what inspired me to make this recipe other than my wife loving them; was the fact that I was taking a flight back to Austin and they had a documentary on European baking traditions around the holidays. And to me it was really interesting to see how shortbread is made all over the world and how versatile it is as well. Just a few simple ingredients of butter, sugar, and flour can be the start of something wonderful. I took it a step further by using some of my jams that I had made from the summer fruit. Here is the recipe I hope you enjoy it!
Recipe Ingredients
Shortbread
2 sticks of butter
3/4 cup of sugar
2 cups of flour
1 tsp of salt
Raspberry vanilla jam
30oz raspberry
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 cup water
4 tbsp low sugar pectin
1 vanilla bean
Strawberry jam
3lb strawberry
1 2/3 cup water
1 3/4 cup sugar
1 vanilla bean
7 1/2 tbsp low sugar pectin
powder sugar for dusting
Recipe Instructions
How to make shortbread, Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Using an electric mixer beat butter until soft and fluffy. Add granulated sugar and salt and mix well. Then add the flour in 3 stages until just blended. Take out and form into a round disk. Wrap in parchment paper and cool in the refrigerator for 45 minutes. Then take out and roll the dough into 1/8 inch thickness. Dust your board with flour if you need to. Then using a heart shaped cookie cutter cut out cookies and place on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Continue the process until you have all the dough cut out. Then take a smaller size heart shaped cookie cutter and cut the middle out of half of the cookies.
Then place in the oven and bake until golden brown about 12-15 minutes depending on how big of cookies you cut. Take out and allow to cool

Then take your jams and fill the bottoms without the small heart shaped cut out. Then dust the tops of the cookies with the small heart shape cut out with powder sugar. Place that on top to sandwich the cookies in between the jam. Continue the process until you have all the cookies finished. Serve and enjoy!

Hello viewers, I’m here to share my incredible testimony with you all about a powerful sorcerer called Priest Alaska. I’ve never seen a sorcerer as powerful as him before. I’ve been playing the lottery for years and had never won a reasonable amount of money. I learned about Priest Alaska online through a testimony I saw about a man who won $11,000,000 with Priest Alaska’s help, and I decided to contact him to see if I could have some luck too. I contacted him, and he assured me that he would help me win as well and that he had helped many people all over the world. At first, I was a little skeptical, but I decided to try it anyway since I had nothing to lose. He instructed me on what I had to do, which I did without any stress at all, and on the second day after the prayers, he sent me some numbers and asked me to go and play them. I quickly went to the store and played the number, and the next day I went to check the results. I couldn’t believe my eyes! The exact numbers it gave me were the winning numbers. Thanks to that machine, I became a millionaire just like that. I will never stop sharing this story so everyone can see it. Friends, if you read this post, contact him too and be the next winners, email: alaskaspellcaster44@gmail.com, WhatsApp: +233 59 274 5728

I had tried several times before and, unfortunately, encountered people who took advantage of me, leaving me disappointed and discouraged. When I learned about Priest Alaska, I decided to contact him and share my situation. For the first time, I felt truly heard and treated with understanding. I decided to take a chance after receiving guidance from Priest Alaska; at the time, I never imagined how much my life would change. I longed for a major financial breakthrough, so I chose to remain hopeful and follow the advice I received. When I finally discovered that I had won $80 million in the lottery, I was completely stunned and overwhelmed with emotion. It was a moment I will never forget. The news brought immense happiness to my family and me, opening the door to opportunities I had previously only dreamed of. I am deeply grateful for the encouragement and guidance I received during that time. After enduring so many prior disappointments, I am simply happy to find myself in a much better situation today. Thank you, Priest Alaska, for the support and guidance you provided throughout this journey. If you are interested in receiving spiritual guidance regarding your hopes and goals, you can contact Priest Alaska to request his services.
