This eggless Caesar dressing recipe is simple and delicious, and consist of a few ingredients. I just love Caesar salad's! Now I say that but I do have a few stipulations if one the dressing is good, but two if the salad is overly saturated with dressing, and three if there isn't too much anchovy. I like anchovy but it can't be the only flavor in the dressing. I cheat a little bit on this recipe but I hope no one minds. Instead of using the classic method of egg yolks and oil (aioli ) I decided to use a veganaise instead ( or mayo)
Because of that you can make this dressing in less than 5 minutes. It is very easy, very tasty, and if you had anyone that couldn't eat eggs, this eliminates that problem! Here is the best Caesar dressing recipe, I hope you enjoy it!
Eggless Caesar Dressing
- 1 1/4 cup veganaise
- 2 oz Parmesan Cheese
- 2 tbsp sherry vinegar
- 2 tbsp whole grain dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp anchovy paste
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp black pepper (coarse grind)
How to make caesar dressing
Place all of the ingredients into a vitamix or blender. Puree for 20 seconds or so until smooth. If you need a splash or two of water feel free to add it to the dressing and then puree again. Taste and adjust the seasoning if need be. Serve with romaine lettuce or any other vegetables and enjoy!
