The holidays are coming around and it is cranberry season so it is time to get your cooking mentality geared towards fall. I like to use the all clad sauce pot As a creative chef, I'm always looking to make things either a little different or better. Hopefully in most cases I achieve both. This recipe, I added ginger, if you don't like ginger but want a bite, try adding one whole jalapeño with just slit down one side of the pepper. This will release the flavor and spice but not completely overwhelm it.
This is a easy recipe that will only take about 10-15 minutes to make, so major commitment. If you are looking for another alternative cranberry recipe, try my thanksgiving cranberry sorbet recipe
