How to make cranberry sauce
- In a sauce pot add diced candied ginger, orange juice, sugar, cranberries, and salt. Bring to a simmer and allow to cook for about 12-14 minutes. Until the cranberries start to break down and thicken the sauce. Turn off the heat and allow to cool to room temperature. Pour into a container until ready to use. Enjoy!
