Banana Bread

  • 3 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 whole eggs
  • 8 whole bananas frozen and thawed
  • 1/3 cup banana water
  • 1 cup nuts (pecan, walnut) chopped (optional)

How to make banana bread

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, combine flour, salt, nutmeg, baking soda, cinnamon and sugar. In a separate bowl, combine oil, vanilla, eggs, banana water, bananas.
    Mix wet ingredients into dry, add nuts if desired and fold in. Pour into 3 loaf pans that have been sprayed with non stick spray (They can be any shape you have on hand, I have 2 different ones in the picture).
    Place in the oven and  bake for 35-45 minutes until cake tester comes out clean. Make sure you rotate the pans halfway during the baking process.  Take out and let it cool for at least 10 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
