How to make chocolate chip cookies

  • In a stand mixer with a paddle attachment place sugars and butter. Cream them together for 1 minutes until creamy. In a separate bowl mix flour, salt, and baking soda. Add eggs and vanilla paste to the mixer until well incorporated. Then, add the flour mixture to the mixer and mix until the dough comes together.
    Finish by add the chocolate chips and mix for 10 seconds. Then take a small ice cream scooper and place fifteen cookies on sheet pan lined with parchment or silpat. Place in the middle to top part of your oven for 10 minutes. Then take out and let them sit on the sheet pan for 1 minutes and then place on a rack to cool. Serve and enjoy!
