Greek Salad

  • 1 cup yellow tomatoes
  • 2 small daikon purple sliced thin
  • 1 cucumber peeled and sliced
  • 1/3 cup kalamata olives
  • 1/4 cup mint leaves
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 5 oz manouri cheese
  • salt and pepper

Sumac Yogurt

  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 tbsp sumac
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1 tsp salt

For the yogurt

  • Place all the ingredients in a bowl, season, and mix well.

To finish

  • Spoon a few big spoonfuls of yogurt down on the plate. Then add the cucumber slices. Season them with salt and a little olive oil. Next add the halved tomatoes and season with salt and olive oil. Then season the radishes with salt and place on top. Add the olives (cheese), and mint to the dish. Drizzle everything with olive oil and fresh cracked pepper, serve and enjoy!
