Greek Feta Dressing

  • 1 whole garlic clove
  • 2 oz feta (optional manouri cheese)
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp fresh oregano leaves
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano or dill
  • 1 1/4 cup veganaise or mayo
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt

How to make greek feta dressing

  • Place all the ingredients into a vitamix except for the salt.   Puree all the ingredients for 30-45 seconds and then drizzle in a splash of water if the dressing is a bit thick.  Season with salt and pepper and set aside.
