Jalapeno Buttermilk Sauce

  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup veganaise
  • 2 small jalapeños chopped (with seeds for more spice)
  • 1 cup cilantro chopped
  • 1/4 cup green onions chopped
  • 2 tsp dill
  • 1 tsp salt to taste

For the jalapeno dressing

  • Take all the ingredients except for the buttermilk and place in a vitamix. Puree for 15 seconds and then place all of the ingredients into a bowl. Add the buttermilk, mix well, and season with salt. Place in the refrigerator until you are ready to use.
