  • 2 tbsp capers
  • 3 tbsp pickle small diced
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • 1/2 tbsp old bay seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp tabasco
  • 1 1/2 tbsp fresh dill chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste

How to make tartar sauce

  • Place all the ingredients into a bowl and mix with a whisk. Adjust the seasoning with old bay, tabasco, salt, and pepper. Mix well and set aside until ready to use for fish and chips or fish taco!
