How to make caesar dressing

  • Place all of the ingredients into a vitamix or blender. Puree for 20 seconds or so until smooth. If you need a splash or two of water feel free to add it to the dressing and then puree again. Taste and adjust the seasoning if need be. Serve with romaine lettuce or any other vegetables and enjoy!
